MISSION
The great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ is our mission.(Matt 28:19-20)
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.� Amen. (Matt 28:19-20)
VISION
The vision of the church is to SERVE UNCONDITIONALLY, the people (nearly 10,000) of Tamil language and culture, sharing the loving and saving message of the Lord Jesus Christ, growing them with the Spiritual nourishment that comes from the Word of God and caring for the emergent physical needs of those who are in real need, just as Jesus Christ did on earth.
"25 But Jesus called them to him and said, �You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. 26 It shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant,[c] 27 and whoever would be first among you must be your slave,[d]28 even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.� (Matthew 20:25-28)
Activities:
The Vision of this church will be accomplished using the following activities:- Preaching the good news of Salvation
- Healing the sick through Hospital Visitation
- Leading people to Jesus via effective witnessing, tracts
- Baptizing new believers monthly
- Teaching men and women through Home Groups
- Dedicating new born babies
- Building great marriages through seminars, teachings, retreats
- Preparing young people to life, career and marriage
- Training men and women to handle Finance, Home
- Taking care of Widows and Orphans
- Missionary work in Villages
- Prayer and Fasting for Sick, Job, and other needs
